We build the software Indian businesses can actually afford to own.
Synaptic AI Lab Private Limited is a software company based in Barrackpore, West Bengal. We build websites, Android apps, business automation, GIS systems and AI tools for Indian businesses — most of them small and medium enterprises who have been quoted lakhs by an agency and told that is simply what software costs.
It is not what software costs. Not any more.
Why we exist
India has more than seven crore registered MSMEs. They contribute roughly a third of GDP. Survey after survey finds the same thing: they are ready to adopt digital tools, a majority have already tried AI in some form, and the single biggest thing stopping them is the price of software.
Meanwhile the cost of actually building software has collapsed. AI-assisted development means a small, senior team can now deliver in a week what used to take a large team a quarter. Most of the industry has absorbed that gain as margin. We passed it to the customer instead, as a fixed price starting at ₹9,999 plus GST.
How we work
Fixed scope, fixed price, written down before you pay anything. Fifty percent to begin, fifty percent on delivery, and the source code and intellectual property become yours on final payment. No lock-in, no surprise invoice, no meter running while you think.
We would rather tell you that you do not need the expensive package yet than sell it to you and lose the next three projects.
The research behind it
Alongside client work we build our own AI products — IndicGPT, a foundational model for Indian languages; AiAstras, an agent orchestration platform; AiWalah, AI education in 27 languages. That research is not a side project. It is why we can put a genuinely multilingual chatbot into a ₹9,999 website, and why our GIS and computer-vision work is not outsourced.

Synaptic AI Lab Private Limited is registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (CIN U62013WB2025PTC284996) and recognised as a startup by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade under DPIIT certificate DIPP239197, in the AI industry and NLP sector.
